websites that ask for donations to pay there bills! What do you think about them

I was watching 20/20 today and they had this subject where people actually make websites for people who are wealthy or have extra money can dontate money to them its called www.helppaymybills.com i checked it out and its crazy how can people really ask for money like this? But i guess if they can get free money out of it hurray for them! I just want to know what you all think about this? would you donate to these people?

Anybody and anywhere in the world can do this stuff. If people donates to the site then there is nothing wrong with that. It really the discretion of people visiting the site give any amount.

Nasty ! And they don`t post the amount they already got ! So thy can do quite nice money from this..
