Today, after the earnings were updated I was "shocked" to find out that my star has fallen from 6 to 5!! :((( Why was that possible? What could I do wrong? Pls HELP!!

Shukaru The funny thing is that in the last 2-3 days I tried to give long responses (4-5 lines) and only quality ones ! I also got 2 Best Responses.. I was expecting to get a + at my star, not a - ! :)
