I've recently found a ton of new Shojo titles that I'm absolutely loving to death! Im a big fan of Ai Yazawa, and I'm completely hooked on Nana after reading Paradise Kiss.:) Nana is a long series, so far only the 3rd graphic novel has been released in the US, but the popular magazine Shojo Beat features the latest chapters available. I also have been enjoying Boys over Flowers, Hot Gimmick, and Peach Girl Sae's Story (I already have all the original Peach Girls). You can find anime for Peach Girl, and Boys over Flowers (Hana Yori Dango) on YouTube. You can find anime and live action movies for Nana on YouTube. I look forward to hearing what Shojo Manga you've gotten hooked onto!:)

Fruits Basket. That's probably my absolute favorite one. The avatar I usually use online is a picture of Hanajima from that anime. She reminds me of me when I was that age. =p I'm also pretty fond of Hana Yori Dango and Fushigi Yuugi. My husband laughs at me a bit because I read so many things for/about young people.

I forgot to mention Revolutionary Girl Utena, which is very weird but I find very interesting.

I really got hooked to Fushigi Yuugi and Love Hina. Fushigi Yuugi has elements of comedy, action and romance. There's also fantasy as it is about saving the world from a villain. You should read the manga and watch the anime series. I haven't read the book yet but I've already watched the anime series. Another favorite of mine is Love Hina. This has more comedy in it. There's also action and romance and the main character is really funny. I've read the manga but haven't finish watching the anime yet.
