Have you heard of Gather.com???

I actually found out about myLot from someone on Gather. Gather has been great for me as a writer.

I have not heard of it. But, it sounds great for one that enjoys writing. I am sure a lot of people that write will be thanking you for hearing about it, after they check it out.

I heard about it now ,I will check it out . Thank you for the information .I do like to write ,but not poetry and not on topics that are very popular .I would like to get some feedback on my English and my writing skill (if any) ,so maybe I will give it a try !

I have not heard of it before.. I will have to check it out for my grandmother, she would probably enjoy it. SHe loves to write poety. SHe has had a few of them published .. thanks for the site

I have been a Gather member since August. Great community. I have some writing posted there. Don't forget to mention it is also a place to post images.

Yeah, i have the passion for writing but cann't write good poems like u but have the ability to write god short stories. I was searching for a site where i may show my abilities of writing. Thanks a lot for sharing site. Let me check it now and will surely join it if i'll find it interesting. Once agian thanks!!!!

I am on gather... but I have been spending more time on mylot. I did the new years resolution article...but no others yet.

Oh Boy! one more thing to do! Will check it out however I think it will have to be at a later date. Currently working and tending to things in preparation for spring when I will be gardening and looking for another job so maybe later. I certainly hope so. My daughter might be good at that site since she has already written a book about to be published. Thanks for sharing this site!!

I have never heard of gather.com. I do love to write, be it poetry, short stories or novels, even articles. What I would like to know is, would I keep the copyright or would gather.com own my work?

I love gather.com. I heard about gather through being a bzzagent. I heard about mylot through gather. I have made some wonderful friends at gather. Are you a bzzagent too? I am going to check out your articles on gather now. I have published alot of articles on gather.

I like Gather in the way it seems like I can use it as a more "serious" writing site, a place where I can experiment with everything from "blog style" musings to real articles about some topic I know something about. MyLot is a little more "one format" oriented. I don't write as much on Gather as I used to, but it's still a fun site.

I don't think i have the talent for writing lol, i prefer to read but might give it a try, thanks for the information though.
