Well, when my husband proposed to me, he got me a ring that I didn't know about. When I got home from work, he told me to sit on the couch, he got on his knees and asked me to marry him. And I did. I think that was so beautiful and it made me cry.

Well, mine's a romantic one, so I'll share it. It was December 31, 1999 and I was taking down the Christmas decorations in my 2nd floor apartment. It's a depressing time for me as I think of all of the things that I didn't get to do and such. Over the music I was playing, I heard a knock. I went to the door, but no one was there. I turned the radio down and continued what I was doing. I then heard another knock. It didn't sound like it was from my door though, so I shut the music off to listen. I walked into the other room, and to my surprise was my boyfriend (now husband) knocking at my window (on the second floor). I opened up the window to see what the heck he was doing out there. It was FREEZING. I was about to yell at him for being out in the freezing cold without a warm jacket, and then it hit me. I realized why he was there. That's when I started crying (tears of happiness). He wouldn't come down off the ladder until he proposed and I accepted. It's a day I'll never forget! It was just so romantic and unexpected.

i have tried once and i succeeded in my life.. its done by approaching directly and tell her that iam in love with you for the past few days and iam now working here and i have interested to marry you.. she said give me sometime to tell and next day she came and tell me that come and ask my parents to marry her.. then they also felt OK then its done...

If you wanna get marry to someone, first of all try to be froend of that person, try to involve in that person, try to convey message that you really cares for her/him.onec you find that person is finding herself/himself comforatble,then surely you can propose that person with confidence of positive reply
