i want to gain weight what shoul i do for that? suggest

can any one suggest how to gain wait. Here is my schedule of eating: 6:30am Breakfast (banana, + other fruit, omega 3 & 6 vitamins, and multivitamins) 7:30am Workout 8:30am Post-workout Shake (40grams of potein, 80 grams of carbs) 12:00pm Lunch (2 chapatis and subzi) 4:00pm Tea or coffee 6:00pm Dinner (2-3 chapati + sabzi + salad) 9:00pm Protien shake If i want to grow.. i know i have to eat eat eat!!

drink a whey protien shake workout drink another whey proten shake immediatly after workout

My doctor noticed I was thinner at my last check-up, and advsed me to eat eggs, cheese, ice cream and peanut butter for weight gain. Imagine my joy: Doctors orders to eat ice cream!
