Which type of account you have on Paypal? Mine is personal, totally free but I can't receive payments from credit cards.

I have a premier account. All payments coming in have a fee taken out of them. The higher the payment, the higher the fee. But you almost need one if you want to do ebay. Some people don't accept credit cards on ebay but I do.

Also me use paypal personal, what for the use that I do and what is worthwhile more

I am still applying for verified member and still waiting for the codes on my credit-card billing statement. It costs 1.95 USD for activation but will surely be increasing reputaition a lot more. I think you need to consider that too as it is not that pricey.
