Of course, I am joking about this because we know this will never happen but what if this was possible? What type of car would you buy and which one would you choose as the free car if this was possible? Both cars would have to be made by the same dealer.

We've had a few dealerships in our area do this. Usually it's the first car has to cost a minimum amount and then you get a free car from a select few used ones. It can be a nice deal if you are looking for one brand new one and one not that new for a student or whatever reason. We didn't do it but I can see where it would come in handy.

When I started this discussion I did not think this kind of deal would be possible among cars since they are expensive. I see that you are the second person to come upon this happening. It would come in handy for someone that has kids in school or maybe a significant other who does not have a car of their own.

Most everything of "buy one get one" comes at a cost in other areas. So I'm certain if the car industry thought they could fool us into thinking we're actually getting something for free they'd go for it! lol They'd probably double the price anyways and love that some people couldn't quite figure it out! I'm a GM gal so whatever it is would be GM I'm sure!

Wow, if that were true it would be really hard for me to decide. My husband and I like alot of cars. Lets see. I would buy a chevy pickup and the free car would have to be a converitable from the same dealer but I don't know what the name of the vehicle is.

Actually, there was a Ford dealer here in town who did this not too long ago. If you bought a new truck you got a free used Ford Escort. Of course, the price of the truck was quite a bit higher than most places, which I guess is how he paid for it!

Maybe one day it will happen. One never knows. Hehhehe. If it did, I would choose a pick up and a luxury car, like a Lincoln. Blessings, M&M

Since I love Honda cars, I would pick maybe Honda Accord and Honda Civic for free. That would really be something. You get two cars and only have to pay for one. Who can pass up that? I know I wouldn't!!!

What a fun question!! hehe
I'd get a Ford Escape Hybrid and then as my free car I'd get a Ford Mustang. I'd get more normal car for everyday and traveling. Then I'd be able to have my dream/fun car too.

I love Honda's, so I would probably pick the Honda Civic Hatchback Si and the free car would be the Honda Fit. Or, maybe I would choose the Honda Civic Hybrid and then the free car would be the Honda Fit. I don't know. This would be kind of tough, but it would be none other than a Honda since they are more fuel-efficient and reliable than any other car on the market...IMHO.

Well your heading sure caught my attention, LOL. If it were ever possible I would have to choose a car that had good gas mileage, so I would choose two automatic Volkswagens, one white and one midnight blue. But we'll never see the day LOL.

Lasy year Kia was having a buy one get one free deal. If you bought one of their mini vans you got a free car. The car was the cheapest model they had without the extras. Overall it was a great deal. I went car shopping with my mom, she did end up buying a Kia, but not the mini van. No free car for me, darn.

I would buy Lancer and i would ask for Skoda free. I know it is really impossible. But still people like it when they get any car free with the one they buy. It could be ambassidor also, they will go for a car to get that free. Buy one and get one free works with every customer when it comes to business. Even though they pay high for one when you compare to others, still they pay high and love to get one free.

Oh Cool! I'm in! I want to purchase my husband a diesel Ford Truck with twin cab, 4 wheel drive and loaded! He deserves it! He works so hard to provide for me and pay the bills. He has always wanted a new truck!
Now for my free one. I want a Ford Freestar. I know, the kids are raised now and most people dont want a minivan when the kids leave but I love minivans! We have owned 2 new ones but when gas got so high, we had to opt for a smaller car. Not nearly enough room in a car. We travel alot and I like lots of room. We are always taking youth to church firesides and we cant do that in our car. I miss being able to be with the youth. They have such a wonderful Spirit about them.
