Heres a tip:The kind that when cooked for the longer period and served hot grows hard on ice cream and children love it. Melt in a double boiler 2oz.unsweetened chocolate 1tablespoon butter Stir well then you add 1/2cup of boiling water stir well and add 1cup sugar 2 tablespoons corn syrup Let the sauce come to a full boil and donot stir then cover for 3 min. Uncover heat on low for 2 min. without stirring. Add teaspoon of vanilla just before serving or 2teaspoons of rum. Serve hot over ice cream and its delicous.
