Therse is significant evidence toward the fact that the government has the tchnology to control the weather There is even an part of the United Nations treaty that states no country can attack using weather warfare. Now if we didn't have the capability to do this why would it have been mentioned. The man who originally copyrighted the technology was named Tesla. He got his copyright in 1910. The government has a station in Alaska called HAARP. I forget what the acronymn stands for but you can google it and get tons of info. The government denies that they are controling the weather they say they are only trying to improve communication by affectiong the ionoshere with radiation at different levels. However some former vietnam vets say that they were using the technology during the war to make it rain more. There is a lot to be said about this but I want to hear yalls opinions.

I'm not sure that they can totally control it, but I do think they can do things to interfere with it. I think alot of it is done to use to their advantage.

Rain more? So their going to cause the water to evaporate quicker, stay in one area until enough has built up , then drop it? Have you any idea of the amount of energy that would require? For the earth to do it requires a huge energy source called the sun. As for the treaty that pertains to something like seeding a cloud with poison and allowing it to rain down. Thats not creating weather, thats using weather as an indesciminate spreading device. The alaska post is for communications, as in intercepting them. So there may be some underhandedness there, but no weather control. Its all just a conspiracy theory.

Cloud seeding is the process of spreading either dry ice (or more commonly, silver iodide aerosols) into the upper part of clouds to try to stimulate the precipitation process and form rain. Since most rainfall starts through the growth of ice crystals from super-cooled cloud droplets (droplets colder than the freezing point, 32 deg. F) in the upper parts of clouds, the silver iodide particles are meant to encourage the growth of new ice particles. http://www.water.utah.gov/waterplan/uwrpff/Chp-06c.htm This is a Utah government page talking about it's use of weather modification.

Where is their significant evidence to support that there is even the technology to do this, let alone that the government uses it? Could you give a link to that "evidence"? I don't think this is true, its just another far out internet conspiracy theory.

I know there is no hard core proof for or against this subject but the same is true for god and look at all the people who believe in him. This was told to me by a family member in the military and I then researched it online. I don't know if it's really true but I believe it is.

Maybe it is true, but I think we don't have the enough proof to confirm it. it is secret for any country. I don't know if the US have the ability to do that, but If they can control the weather, it is terrible for other country, it means US have the power to change the world. I don't want that the US have the power.

dont believe this, if something could be done to the weather then why would events like katrina have happened and other countries which face drought why dont they get some help from the bigger countries for some rain and cooler weather? if u r talking about artificial rain then thats easy they spray dry ice for that and Russians also used some chemicals to clear their weather for some event they had a little long ago attacking through weather might mean chemical warfare, i dont think that they can really "Control" the weather or something..... people just like to start and believe in conspiracies

I’m of the mind that by the time the military is ready to actually talk about these kinds of projects publicly, this means they’ve already been tinkering around with it behind the scenes for years. Does this mean that I think they intentionally engineered the hurricanes, tsunamis or anything else? I personally find such theories rather doubtful - but I guess less and less so with every piece of “legitimate” news I hear on the subject of weather modification.

Maybe the government can do something but it's getting a bit too much really unless they use it to help poor people in a drought situation and stop people having natural disasters. I thought that dragons controlled the weather, maybe the government are employing dragons, have a lot of young ladies vanished near government headquartes I wonder or bank robberies?

Very funny Rainbow, I have heard about a few missing young women and there are always bank robberies. How are you today by the way? I see you have your sense of humor with you. :)

Yes I believe that the technology exists, and if I am correct, it was originally designed to help crops.

If this were true, i'd like to see them provide an accurate forcast to all the news stations so they can get it right for a change. Its highly improbable there is any truth to this, even more so dating back to 1910, technology was just beginning at that time let alone controlling the weather which would have to be a very sophisticated feat of technology. There are tons of ridiculous copy writes dating back more then 100 years and patents to.

are u serious? i mean , really this can't be more than a joke, if the govt controls the wheather then wouldn'yt they usse it for their welfare or their profit? why would they let the katrina ever take place? it has amounted to huge losses. i don't think what you say is true, if you are serious that is!!

WEll i think that controlling weather is surely possible :) BUt i would doubt is USA using this technology now since it would be a great possibility to modify the economics by stimulating natural growth ;) and even if they have one they possibly cant fully control weather just stimulate some basic weather behaviours

Yes! I watched a special on jet's that fly so high we mistake them for other things. You know the clouds we call "sky skrapers"? This is actually jest fuel and fuems release into the air. The "clouds" are called kem trails. There has actually been instances where there has been samples of blood cells found in the clouds as they reached the ground. Pretty scary stuff. They say that some of these excretions have been used for a possible attempt to patch sections of our o-zone. These little hints and leaks from the government could result in an explosion of contradictions and arguments about the control of our environment, which is currently being denied if I might add.

The government is not controlling the weather. They may try to control your life, but they do not control the weather. Of course, any time something is different, like the weather has been, people go off the deep end because their sacred little worlds are threatened. This technology is similar to the government using meteors to bounce signals across great distances. That is a valid technology as is the one you speak of. As far as the UN putting in that clause, you have to consider the wacho's that control the UN. This clause is just a add on to cover any future possibilities of some country using this method to attack another. If the technology existed to control the weather, why aret here still floods and droughts, and hurricanes and all the rest of it?

no i dont think the goverment control the weather

It's possible that the UN could be hiding some facts from the public to make their plans work. In my country, I'm sure the governement doesn't control the weather because it could get crazy here with the flash floods and the summer heat is too much. If they'd be controlling the weather, they should be doing it for the common good.
