Has anyone ever tried Spanish paella ? I had once when our family got together on last Easter Sunday and my Spanish mother in law cooked up paella and I love it. It's really deep and rich in flavour with the scattered seafood and I think that would be the best food that I will never get bored with. Has anyone tried this cuisine ? What do you think ?

it's one of my favorite dishes. when i was a kid, i'd know if there was something special going on because my mom would cook paella. then i'd stuff myself to the gills hehehe

i always eat paella when me and my family get the chance, the thing that i discovered was there are plenty of different paella's e.g paella negra (paella cooked in squid and its ink), paella vallencia (composed of green pea's, chorizo's, beef, chicken, green peppers, red peppers, shell fish, shrimps, and hard boiled eggs chopped). il post back other paella varieties. but as of now those are the ones ive tried and wow do they taste good, oooh yummy!
