peddhie That would upset me really if I see my kids do such a thing. Art that's gone too far. It doesnt look nice anymore but it just ruins the body, I would say.

peddhie have you tried, rice with steamed fish, soy sauce and chopped spring onion or you can cook rice with beef stroganoff, rice salad with seafood, roast chicken stuffed with rice, spinach and pine nut. try and you'll love them.

peddhie I don't mind subway though it's not my favourite place to have a meal. If I have to stop between McDonald or Subway, I would prefer subway, more flavour, healthier and more choice.
