I am very methodical when it it something of importance and then I have a back up pan. For things that are not so important I usually wing it if things go wrong.

No I don't always have a back up plan. Its to hard to try and predict the future so I don't even try. On the other hand common sense tells me that in certain situations that I should have some things prepared just incase. I'm sort of a half and half person. I know where to get what I need when I need it but don't really plan it ahead of time.

I don't have it together, well sort of. Its not in a box or anything, An emergency kit that is. sorry for starting in mid thought there. We do a lot of camping so everthing that would be helpful in an emegency is stored with our camp gear which is on a shelf in the garage. I'm a Macgyver type person. Where there's a will there's a way. I'm very inventive in an emergency type situation.

I think thats wonderful. Its good to be that way. You must be very resourceful. Well its better to be half and half then to not have even the half working...so your doing good.

I like to have a series of back up plans should something change or not go the way I had anticipated. When planning,I try as much as possible to put all uncertainties into my control so that I know I have done everything I could to be successful. If it goes wrong, then it is my responsibility.Depending on others will often lead to dissapointment so limit this as much as possible.

I think if not, we just create what we can or have to as we go. We take the best answers and solutions available at the time.

I don't really have a back up plan. Somethings we do. We used to keep 3 months of money in the bank to cover if one of us got sick and it happened now we haven't been able to do that yet. As for everything else, whatever happens we will deal with it as it comes our way. It seems to always work out in the end somehow.

I would like to work on some back up plans. I dont want to be fanatical about it. I certainly know I wont have one for everything. I think some basic emergency supplies are a good idea.

The situation dictates the course of action. I love to wing it, but I try to have a back up plan when it is feasible.

I tend to make backup plans for important events that may affect me later in life, as drinking and driving or stealing, not necessarily in the negative state here but if I am just doing common stuff I wouldnt consider stressing over back up plans, I tend to wing it.

Sometimes i do wing it. It depends on what area it concerns. I know when we had the flu it was terrible because I didnt have the energy to go to the store but I went . I learned I better keep certain things on hand at all times.

We normally have a back up plan for anything major that we're doing. A lot of it is because my wife is the eternal optimistic pessimist. Hope for the best and be excited, but plan for the worst, just in case. That's normally how we plan for stuff, and it's gotten us this far, so far!

Just wing it. I have made plans only to break them. It seems like anytime I make plans they go astray so I just go with the flow so to speak .Back up plans not !!! :)

You are right, what is it about plans going astray? I think we could do an entire topic on that, you may have started something here.
