U2...Is this the coolest band ever

I have a different music preference with my fiance. I really luv rock and alternative music, meanwhile he likes love song, ever lasting song and pop very much. But, finally we have simmilar opinion 'bout U2. Both of us really think that it's the coolest band ever. Eventough I still have another opinion 'bout the icon of rock music, which is Metallica.
So, how 'bout you mates?? Who do you think the coolest band ever that you know? Wanna share it?

yes i love U2 and they are very cool, metallica is also great, other things i like include, Savatage, Dio, WASP, etc :)

Hi guys! U2 is my one of my favorite bands and their songs are the coolest, i especially like their earlier songs (sunday bloody sunday, etc.). U2 rocks!!! But still, the Beatles rule for me!
