I have. I sometimes starve myself to try to lose weight or I really try hard to watch what I eat. I try to exercise often too. But those pounds dont seem to want to leave my body. Its almost like they are stuck with me forever and you get so tired of sucking in your tummy to button those jeans. Anyone else experience this?

You never want to stop eating in order to lose weight. That's going to hurt you, not help you. You should know that. Talk to your doctor about a diet that'll suit you and help you lose weight in a healthy way.

starving yourself just to lose weight is a bad way of losing weight. you do exercise. that's great. start eating more fruits per day and you'll see you'll lose weight.
i haven't tried going to bed and prayed to be think when i get up since i had never been fat. i just prayed that i have my boyfriend beside me when i get up ( i miss him. he lives in another country ).

I used to let other people get to me about my weight, but boy was I wrong. I was skinny to begin with but took abuse from other girls claiming i was not. Also dated someone who was like this. I went from 125 lbs to 90. Don't do this to yourself. Also when you starve your body your weight will not want to leave. Know that in time and doing the right diet and the right excersise you can lose weight and look and feel good, but even if you are heavy don't let anyone make you feel bad.

I have tried many years to lose weight in various ways. Today I am just proud to be a Big Woman. Try to graciously show your pounds and accept yourself. It is possible to be at peace with one's weight. And you can still be sexy!
After all feeling constantly NOT OKAY is much worse for your feeling of self repect and thus for your health than those pounds.
