How do you guys get referals?

Hi there, im new to this place and i really like it, but i want to know how i can get others to join as i dont know how to refer. I dont have my own website - so do i just e-mail people or post ads in forums?Whats the best way of getting referals? Any advice would be much appreciated.

a very simple way, if you have msn messenger is to open up hotmail then send a message to all your contacts, telling them about how you are easily making money online. getting your own website is really easy, www.blogspot.com is what I use for my blogsite. for which I review sites that actually pay out.

I wouldent do that to all my friends and family - they dont care about stuff like this.
And i have got myself a blogsite but its traffic is nothing lol.

Getting a blog is a easy way to put the information you want on the net. Then creating links with other blogs increases your traffic. You can also use traffic exchange websites to give your blog more traffic.
If you want an example, you can check out my own blog, http://www.addsenses.blogspot.com it has money making opportunities for everyone on it and all I have to do to get referrals is to promote it with a traffic exchange program, or talk about it on myLot. ;)
