On Thursday i took a bus ride to Philadelphia, from Greensboro, NC, not only did it take 13 hours to get from one place to another, the Workers for GreyHound Bus Transportation were the worst. The closer i got up North the worse the Bus drivers and Greyhoung bus terminal workers were. I had to take 3 different buses, when i arrived in Washington,DC i was totally surprised to how the workers were actually talking to some of the customers including me, I went to ask the lady at the information booth were i could go to add a information tag to my luggage because it had gotten lost, The lady had a nerve to roll her eyes, and act as if i was bothering her, becasue i asked her a question, Several people lost their luggage along the way as well. GreyHound is the worst way to travel. I just wanted to share my experience, I will never choose to travel with them again.

do you know we have the same problem here in england between middlesbrough and leeds and back.when i was 8 months pregnant with my second child i took my daughter on the coach to a family wedding.the driver expected my daughter who was only 3 and travel sick to sit next to a stranger at the front of the bus while i sat next to a stranger at the back.not one person offered to moove and sit with a stranger so my daughter could sit with me.the bus driver said"she will just have to sit on your knee!"i was fuming,i paid extra so she could have a seat and at 8 months pregnant when i sat down there wasnt alot of my knee left.i shouted"well she gets travel sick so if she throws up it wont be my problem"they were all ignorant pigs.my gran who is in her late 70s recently waited for over an hour for a bus with her little disabled wheels with a seat on that she takes out.she was frozen and when the bus turned up with 4 pushchairs on it the driver said"youre not getting on with that!" she said"ive stood here for an hour,im bloody frozen and i am getting on this bus"she was fuming, its best not to mess with my gran when shes fuming, none of us do!!!!!!!!!!he was very rude though.i told her to complain.i dont think she did though.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Did your daughter ever get to sit next to you? That is really ashame. Greyhound makes way to much money to treat paying customers this way. I complained at every stop on the way to philadelphia, and back to Greensboro. No one should ever have to experience what we went through. Your Gran was very mistreated, and she should have complained as much as possible.

When I was in college I took I took a greyhound from Pennsylvania to Knoxville, Tenn. The trip is usually about 9 hours. It took almost 20 hours! And took a day off our trip. We had to sit in one terminal for 4 hours because they didn't have enough buses for everyone! It was SO awful!
