What about your veggies do you

do you steam, fry, boil, bake or grill them I suppose it depends on the mood I`m in and what I`m having that night, but I mostly boil or bake them unless I grill them

I usually saute or bake my veggies unless I'm using them in a stew. I love veggie stir frys and baked potatoes and veggie casseroles. We rarely grill though I do like them that way.

I will saute them lalso depending on what else I`m serving , I do love baked potatoes ,casseroles and stews.

I mainly boil mine when I cook them some like carrots and peas I prefer to eat raw.

I usually just heat them but I love my veggies with a crunch.....especially fresh broccoli,cauliflower and celery......my all time favorite is to stir fry my fresh green and yellow beans in garlic butter and soy sauce.....
