what is your favorite church hymn?

For me, Amazing Grace also by John Newton. Why, Because it tells me about the grace of God which is suffiecien to save a wretch, sinners like me. The song goes like this "Amazing grace, how sweet the sound, that saved a wretch like me. I once was lost, but now i am found, once blind but now I see." O how the depth of the riches and gracea and mercy of God. He is truly graces, slow to anger, abounding and mercy. He is not a respecter of person, but is ready to give grace to those who are humble enough to come to him and ask forgiveness for sins. 1 John 1:9 says, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all our unrighteousness." Truly God is graceous, very graceous. He is merciful.

Mine is..."Oh god my Lord, when I in awesome wonder... Consider all, the works thy hand has made... And then sings my soul... How great thou art... Nice to know you...cebuna, are you from Brazil?

I like "When the Saints Go Marching In". I don't really know what it's about but it sounds neat.

Surely, we do not belong to one religious sect. Yet admittedly, Amazing Grace has captured practically everybody's heart. It is a very beautiful song, captivating and spiritually elevating. I just couln't help but love hearing it, too.

"I'll Fly Away" is great. There's a punk band from BC that covers it.
