I'm hoping they've brought back some of the older writers for the movie, because the recent episodes have been getting pretty lame. I'm expecting great things, though, because it's taken them so long to start working on it....

nkife52 Now that I think of it, the 30-minute episodes do seem kind of rushed sometimes. It can be hard to notice since most of us are used to fast-paced TV story lines, but maybe the movie will slow things down a bit and let them expand.

nkife52 For me, inspiration comes from many places. A lot of the time I'll come up with good ideas while falling asleep, so I try to have a pen and paper beside my bed. Other times it comes to me in the shower.

nkife52 Learn your scales! Haha, actually I don't play the keyboard, but I did learn the major and minor scales once, and I've been bragging about it ever since. Good luck with your learning. :)

nkife52 It'll be interesting to see how the many Simpsons fans react when the movie is released. In the back of my mind I am almost expecting a bit of a disappointment, as you say; it just seems like it would take a lot of creativity to make it work.

nkife52 Creep is probably their most famous song in the mainstream sense, but I don't think the band even plays it any more. It's definitely one of their more radio-friendly hits that is recognized by a lot of people.
