are leaders born or made? it could be both. leadership can be a trait that is already possessed by a person from the start. when you watch kids playing, sometimes you can already spot the children who show qualities of a leader (ex: calling the shots in a particular game, showing other children what to do by words or example, etc). however, some people accuire those qualities as they mature. they learn them through experiences in school, at home, and in life in general.
i'd like to add though that regardless of whether a person is a leader by nature or has acquired leadership qualities through life's experiences, what matters is that one continues to hone these qualities as much as possible and use them in the proper sense.

I think the true leader is someone who being made. There's nothing impossible if we try and convinve our self. All of us can be such a leader if we have great self confidence to being a leader. True leader is the one who have pass so many things and know so many things that makes him/her know how to make the best decision. And something like that we get from experience

"He or She is a born leader." I feel this undermines the effort required to effectively lead. People may be born with physical attributes that will help, but intellect and personal values are developed over time. It starts with the parents, continues with informal and formal education, and is finally established with experience.
