i want to leave my bad habits like smoking, drinking, late night sleeping. please tell me how can i do this

hey thats a good decision.. continue that.. and take a confirm step that u will not touch those things. again and take that decission.. if not there is no use in taking those kind of resolutions.............

if you know that these are bad habits then u need no suggestion, but I guess u just posted this topic for the sake of replies, well bypassing this thing, I will suggest u to be religious if ur life, I think almost all religions stop us for doing bad

First, I think it really need a lot of your commitment from you. If yoiu have such a commitment like that then you must tell it to your friend or to your closest person, so they can make you remember again with your promise to leave your bad habit. Somekind of controlling for you. Maybe it feels so hard in the first time, but as time goes by You will get use to it.

ha ..great ..atleast u know that ..that are the bad habbits ..many people dosent even know wht they are doing si bad ..neways ..it all depends upon u buddy ..its not that k ..someone will ask u too leave smoking u wud leave smoking ...u hav decide by urself..see aftr some days u left smoking ur mind will get tempted to smoke ..at that time u and only u can stop urself from smoking, drinking ...thats it man ..

1) try to post maximum (max containt)No of comments to the discussions
2) try to reply to the comments that u hav got for ur discussions
3) try to mark to the comments as BEST RESPONSE

if you really are interested in giving up your bad habits, set a goal and be determined enough to reach those goals. you don't have to give everything up in a single day. atleast, do it little by little.
