Why havent we been able to discover a new power source yet. Or are our governments keeping them from us in an effort to completely finish all our natural resources. What about nuclear fusion. Its strange that nothing else has come about yet. Maybe i just didnt look hard enough and there actually is something that has been discovered and is being tested out...

We are using lot of energy resources like petroleum, atomic, coal, hydro power, natural gas, sunlight etc now. Now lot of countries propose to use bio fuel, solar light, wind power as an alternative already because the petroleum products won't last long for many years!

Yes but all of these do not produce enough power for cities. That means almost everyhome would need a solar panel of sorts. Wind power requires an army of generators which takes up too much land and as for bio fuel... well i dont know about that one. But i think i can hazard a guess as to what it is. Thanks for the response

I would use up a large area of the sea and make a lot of wind power turbines, that way we can minus the pollution from our oil power stations. Oil is very dirty, at least better than coal, but still bad. I come from Malta, a small island, and we have the space to build on the sea and make huge power turbines, I think it will help out.

I think it is because there is no need for it right now. We still have the sources and when those run out then maybe they will think of something else to do.

yes few years are there for us to see that our natural resources are to be comming to an end so we need to see for an alternative so that the furture is with the solution found in the present......................that is we can make use of the nuclear powerplants for the generation of the power
