In most places out there, especially in middle east, there is a scarcity of water in that kind of places and for that places, like african deserts, water for them is gold. So the proper question is this, how to conserve water? Help me myfriend in answering this question. thanks.

Here are a few ways--
Don't let the water run while you're brushing your teeth or shaving
Take shorter showers, and put a flow restrictor on your shower head (lets less water through)
If you have a lawn, water is less often, and during the evening.
Make sure you don't have any leaking faucets, water pipes, etc,; these can waste a lot of water.

Wow, that's a nice suggestion. We, user of water, usually use water with haphazardness. It means that we usually wasted to much water and have no consideration at all. Water is badly needed nowadays because of it scarcity. What else my friend ways can you give to me?

I think we can conserve water by not wasting too much. We can use little water in case we do not have to use alot of it.

unfortunately i do not have to conserve water. there is too much water in my country. but the Arabs should start freezing water in a way that it will remain frozen for days or months. The technicalities i do not know yet.

Conserving water. Well if people shower and brush their teeth i would say do it in groups where you can conserve water. It may help the problem, also try to stay out of the sun and making your body work too hard. If you work hard you will be thirsty.

The simplest way to conserve water is not to waste it. Dont let the water run from the taps when your not using it. That is one of the things we tell our children,,,dont let the water run while brushing your teeth.

When bathing use a minimum amount of water. If it is cold and you haven't done much work you may be able to bathe every other day. Wear an outfit more than once before washing it if its not dirty.

Have you heard of "Rain Harvest"?.(storing rain water to be used in summer) I feel the best way to conserve large sum of water is by harvesting the rain. To professionally harvest the rain water, please refer wikipedia.

for that we have to stop wasting of water.its better to drain used water in the ground rather than in drainage chambers by this we can increase ground water level and there are many similar ways to save water and we dont need to tell them to people as all knows about this .the only thing that we need is to make aware of importance of water to people....
n one more important way of saving water is...avoid bathing daily to save water....lol...

Some easy way to conserve water are not to let it run while we brush our teeth, fix any drip available, fix the silent leak of the faucet and verify your home for any leak.
Avoid Flushing your toilet unecesarrily.

Since I wrote a book that had ideas like peak oil and global warming in it, I address the issue of water. I am living in Canada, in southwestern Ontario, where I am surrounded by the great lakes. Water will probably be a problem for me in my lifetime if I remain here. I still hoose to look into the issue since it can help others. From what I have read, the best way to keep water is to not cut down the rain forest, plant more trees and hemp and other plants that will survive in your area. If your topsoil turns to dust and blows away you will have nothing. You need veggie compost , worms and living plants to bind the soil. In some places you may save up old newspaper and lay it on the ground then add compost and soil and worms in layers with more paper on top. As the paper breaks down it is turned into food for worms and other living creatures in the soil. It holds water when it rains and keeps the ground moist. Putting paper on top before you plant will help keep weeds from growing.
Conserving water can be as simple as only flushing when you deficate. in Vancouver B.C. Canada they have a saying, yellow is mellow, but if it is brown flush it down. taking showers rather than a bath will save water, but if you shower with your girlfriend you save even more. You can get a composting toilet instead of one that needs water. You can set up a rain barrel and water your garden with it. You can mow your lawn so the clippings get mulched back into the lawn.
That is all I can think of at the moment off the top of my head.

One time our gov't suggest to put a brick in the flushing tank in your toilet. A brick will save a liter in every people flushing everyday.
