How big were your children at birth?

How much did they weigh and did you have them "naturally" or by C-Section?
My first child was 9 pounds 11 ounces and he was natural. UGGHHH! My second was 8 pounds 12 ounces and I had an epidural. My third child was 8 pounds 10 ounces and he was natural.
I vote for the epidural!

My oldest, he's 8 years old, was 9 lbs, 10 oz. He got stuck in the birth canal (his head was to big) so I had a c-section. My second child, also a boy, is 9 months old. He was 7 lbs 10 oz. I had a repeat c-section. :)
Epidurals rock! :) Since I didn't have the pain meds they often give with c-sections (which is why some people can't walk for 24 hours or so afterwards) I was up and around within a couple of hours, so it wasn't bad. I'm allergic to Demerol and Morphine, which is what they usually use in Epidurals. I just had the numbing stuff, and it only last about 1 1/2 hours.

My firstborn weighed 4 pounds and six ounces only because she had to be delivered prematurely. I had little amniotic fluid and at 32 weeks, my baby had to be taken out. Thank God she's well!

My children have been 8 pounds 2 ozs, 7 pounds 7 ounces and 5 pounds 11 ounces. The first was an epidural and the last two have been 100% natural. I opt for natural because I feel it is safer for me and the baby.

I had all three of my daughters naturally. They weren't that big though. My oldest was 7 lbs 5 oz, my second was 7lbs, 15oz, and my youngest was 6 lb, 11 oz, I am due any day now and my doctor says that this baby is at least 8 lbs already. Can't wait....lol! I did have an epidural with all three though and plan to have one with this one.

My son was 5 lbs. 1 ounce. He was a premature baby. He was taken by a C-section. He stayed at the hospital for three weeks before coming home. For the first 6 months of his life, he had to sit up. This was all of the time, even sleeping. We had him in a car seat which propped him up. The reason why was because his lungs were not completely formed yet. He finally matured for his age at about 6 months and has been fine since.

Hi quispy, I only have one child and she was 8lb 8oz when born with vontous (I think that's how you spell it) suction! I had an epidural with her but was in labour 18 hours - a problem with epidurals apparently!!
