Yes, that is true! That is why i am taking spirulina food supplement. It is a herbal medicine and it is very good in our health. It sustains and vitamins and nutrients that lacks in your health. It is rich in protein or body building nutrients, and also it is rich in essential fats.

I heard on the news recently that if you use your mobile a lot then you can get tumours around that area. Also modern technology makes you lazy and overweight! Who can be bothered to get out of the chair to change the TV channel when there's a remote. Who writes letters any more and takes them to the post office to post when there's email. More and more children are becoming overweight in society because they don't get enough excercise as they're sitting on their bums playing computer games. How sad this all is.

Well that is true my friend. Technology has many advantages in our life. It makes works more easier and life more comfortable. But as you've said, many people nowadays are getting lazy and lazy because you've mentioned already, "Who can be bothered to get out of the chair to change the TV channel when there's a remote"? What a funny statement but that is tru to all of us nowadays. Good luck my friend and more power.

I suppose one way to look at it is it just makes us lazy and not let us do alot of work to get somethings done. Which can contribute to people being obese and stuff.

That is true my friend. Many people nowadays are so obese because of lack of exercise due to technology advancement. People now are settled down with there technology. Although it can help our society and can help our lives, but it seems that many people nowadays are getting lazy and lazy. What a shame my friend. I hope it will not happen to us. MOre power my friend.

Well, just to name a few...
Staring at the computer can cause eye strain
Too much typing can cause repetitive stress injury in the hands and wrists
Some people become Internet or gaming addicts, they neglect their real-world tasks and become detached from their social contacts

I think not at all with me. I try to type more and more in the discussions here in the internet not for the sake of gamings and laziness but because of my diligence in making more money to my self. As a student, it is my one way to earn money, and thank God I can earn money trough mylot. YOu've said that ataring at the computer can cause eye strain and too much typing can cause repetitive stress injury in the hands and wrists. But for me it is a job. But you have a point. More power.

We never get a break from it, if you use a computer at work, everyone now has laptops that they are supposed to take home everynight, every weekend and on vacation. We are supposed to have cell phones with us all the time.
We never get a break. We can never rest, our time is never our own anymore.
