To kill weeds simply fill a spray bottle with brown vinegar and spray directly onto the weed. It is particularly great for weeds that grow through your pavers. It works a treat, is environmentally friendly and safe to use around your pets and children

That is a great tip. Not only is it safe but so cost effective. I am excited to try it.
Im not sure what brown vinegar is though. Is that like apple cider vinegar?

Wow, thank you very much for that tip, it will save me and others a fortune paying out high prices for weedkillers, and I'm always worried about weedkiller as we have four cats and a rabbit who go outside. Vinegar is supposed to have lots of qualities and remedies to it, there was some literature on it once an indepth report on everything you could do with vinegar! I will pass this tip on, thanks again!

Thanks Kathy,
I have a devil of a time keeping up with the weeds around here. I shall get a bottle on friday when we go shopping. So, other than the color, what is the difference between the brown and white vinegar?

This is very useful information! I have spent many dollars and summers trying to kill weeds efficiently. I don't keep brown vinegar, but at the first sign of spring, I will be getting some!
