Check out http://www.thepiratebay.org, http://www.mininova.org and http://www.torrentspy.com. Those sites are always up to date and pretty popular. It's where I get my TV shows and movies from.

The best torrent site that I know is TorrentSpy. I was able to find downloads there that I cannot find on other torrent sites. Minninova is good too. =)
