is india total republic??

we are really lucky to be republic but eventhen i dont think that we are totally republic when i see those politicians... who can do anything for money and power..and they just win the elections but just making false swearings which are unlikly to be fulfilled, rigging and coaxing the voters with the money and drinks what do u think? are we totally republic??does the general public have the write to question the govt?

india is not totally repubical,it is partial.only rich men are republic,not poor.government dont think about poor.

but everyone has got the option to vote..which more/some of them dont utilize for their welfare instead sell if for one time price.. will india ever overcome this situation?

I don't doubt about the republic of India at all. The short falls are to be always there in any system all the time. You have to be positive and creative towards any activities.

I do not really know if India is a republic or not, but I think all politicians do that to get people's support and then do something else when they do get elected.

I love my country's rich heritage and culture/traditions and I am proud to be Indian. Yes, I agree with your opinion that not all franchisee practice their right. We as the citizens of India should contribute and educate our fellow citizens. The increase franchisee will surely affect the polling results, which in turn provide a great chance of electing a right candidate. I pray for complete democratic and republic India. One more thing transparency should be made available in all government policies. Vandemataram..
