I have a friend who has lots of acne/pimples on his face. DO you know of the best and easiest treatment to get rid of this? Is it a mixture, or a pharmacutical product? What effect does it have/has it had on you since you began using it? My friend appreciates all help.

I suggest that your friend go and ask a skin specialist for advice and analysis of his skin condition first. I had acne before and I found that what works for some or most others did not work for me and in some cases it got worse instead of better. In my case, I ultimately got my skin condition under control and eradicated by going through a course of skin treatment by a reliable beautician. I hope he will find a solution for his skin problem soon. All the best.

Your friend could either consult a a dermatologist or try proactive. My uncle have a terrible case of acne, he's already in his 50s but he still have pimples he's undergoing treatment in a dermatology clinic.

I have lived pimples for years and would not believe I still get it! I have tried every means but in vain. I think too much of too many things actually make things worse. So, it's better to have a happy mind without being too much perturbed with it and a lot of drinking fresh water cleanses our body. Cleansing is very important and so is ahealthy balanced die. Thanks.

Herbs that work wonders at clearing up acne are: Echinacea taken orally and applied externally to the skin, Oregon grape root applied as a cream, tea tree oil applied to the skin, oregano and basil oil applied to the skin or taken orally.

Common over-the-counter medications for pimples are Benzoyl peroxide and/or salicylic acid. Both medications can be found in many creams and gels used to treat acne through topical application. Both medications help skin slough off easier, which helps to remove bacteria faster. A regimen of keeping the affected skin area clean plus the regular application of these topical medications is usually enough to keep acne under control, if not at bay altogether. 1-2% of the population is allergic to Benzoyl peroxide treatments. he should rather visit a doctor.

Heard of Diane 35? Try asking about it in a dermatologist. It really works but it has some side effects...

Try zinc oxide cream.
