It was done for anything but a noble cause, my calculated guess is on oil and a reason that america had to answer its people that it was revenge f 9/11 though tha main culprit does not feature in CBI's report

Noble no Cause yes ...do to the fact the UN would not stand up for what was right ..yes america did what they did but rembmer they were not the only ones in there. Other countries joined in also with this. Because America stands up for rights of people they are the only ones that get bashed for work that the UN and others could not make a decission on . Please if you are going to talk about what america did find all the other countires that were there too and add them to the list.
But in turn If we pull out of all the places we are not welcome in the world because what we belive, then have all your friends come home that dont belong here. When in our country and if you can live here learn to speak english. We should not be a country that has to learn everyone elses for them to live here. Stay in your country if ours is so bad dont come here. Forget the schooling in America live with what you got and we will live with what we got. OIL we only want to pay a certian amount you dont want us there then we dont want your oil. We have enough knowledge to produce the fuel we need. Might cost more but what the heck, our goverment was nice enough to give some money to live here so now that they are home and we dont have support them we can use it on research for our fuel.
Just because another country has diffrent ways of talking to God, dont bash our ways and let us praise him in public.
Dont expect us to give breaks to those that have to do this in thier time.
Let us run our country and work here. We have enough people to work at every business, factory, and store here. We dont need help we have enough.
We will be lining our boarder with guards. You can come visit but have only 90 days and you have to go home. No staying longer we can not afford you. We have enough problems and people that do belong here that need help sorry.

Thank you just telling my oppion and maybe some that not able to speak out. I sit here and think off all the things our goverment and people complain about and so hey put some in action not just talk about it. We as a nation can not afford anymore supporting of other countries as we can support ours..so they need to start in side draw a circle and work out of it...anyways enough said I am sure I made enough points in this to let it be known how majority of the people in America feel these days...
Everyone else have a great one...

I think the history books will look at it as a blunder. However, with the intelligence Bush was receiving from both the CIA and other countries about possible weapons of mass destruction, I do think he did the right thing considering we ignored intelligence that would have prevented 9/11.
I think the biggest mistake he made with the whole thing was his efforts to unify a country that is just too separated by religious beliefs. We would have been better off splitting it apart into a couple of different countries or states.

I think the attack was due to the fact that US needed more resources, especially oil, and other economical interests. There ate a lot of more important things at home that would need the money that US uses in the war. And also, true Saddam was caught but what 4? If the citizens would have really wanted to get read of it they would have succeeded. They were a few millions and he was only one, with an army of let's say few tens of thousands of loyal people. sooo....

When you become super powerful, as Saddam did, even thousands and thousands of poor have no means by which to change anything. It is very difficult to do something like what you are talking about. History proves that.
Why did so many honest people in Germany not stop Hitler? He became powerful, convinced them he was right, and then proceeded to eliminate those who disagreed.
Still a valid question though.

I honestly believe that the women who were raped and tortured by the Hussein generals, and the countless Kurds and others who were rounded up, shot, and dumped in mass graves would tell us that taking out Saddam was a noble cause.
The aftermath is troubling, but the point is we are there, he is no more, and now we must move ahead and finish what we started. History will judge us not by what has happened so far, but by how we take that and bring it to a final close.
Another noble cause would be taking care of the mess in Sudan.

i think there is no any nobel cuase except the oil of Iraq , and they want to use weapons as it is a big industry iin america and many people have shares in it so it all to make money for all that justification was "weapons of mass destruction" but there were no any weapons of mass destructions found on other hand america and allies have weapon of mass destruction and they not only have but they use them.
