i usually run on our treadmill, do weightlifting using dumbells and do brisk walking in the neighborhood during early in the morning.
but i also recommend aerobics because men and women do it in gym classes and on parks on weekends.

well I think yoga is much preferable choice for middle ages to old ages group people, aerobics and exercise can be chosen by any age group people if they are a little physically strong...coming to me, I exercise once in a blue moon and nothing else.....Have to start seriously working on it..I am growing fat these days...

I haven't done yoga ,but I did meditate in the past for some time.It helped me relax and focus better.I purchased 2 yoga CDs in January ,but haven't watched them yet.I do weightlifting 3 times a week to workout my muscles.

I used to do weight lifting exercises at the gym every day for a few years, it made me feel fit and healthy, but I didn´t like the look of my muscles, simply to big for my liking.
Now I´m practising Yoga asanas every day and I´m really happy with the way I look and feel.

Hi there. I do Yoga one night a week at the gym I frequent. It was a beginners class but we have moved on to more intermediate moves. Sometimes during the week I will later do yoga again using a dvd video at home. My daughter is 2 1/2 and she has started to enjoy trying to do the moves with me.
I also do a ball aerobics class where we use a stability ball for most of our excercises. We also use weights, and do squats, crunches, and shoulder/arm work. It is a really intense class but very enjoyable as it is a full body strengthening and cardio workout.
I do two spinning classes a week, and it is very good for calorie burning. I used to do spinning years ago in college, but got away from ity until this gym opened up and started offering the classes.
I like the mixture of workouts I do. I burn calories, strengthen and yoga helps me with balance, posture and stretching as well as stress relief.
