no, love is not a greatest force in hole universe.
good friendship is a greatest force.
what is love?
Love is truly an undescribable emotion that Nature has favored mankind with. The complete vocabulary known to mankind would fall short if we were to describe what love is. Its a feeling that makes you selfless.. makes you work hard to spread smiles amongst people, wants u to be careful so as not to hurt anyone, whoever it might be. And if you speak about the love for someone special....then I am sure.. i cant type it all in here..
The meaning of friendship is diffrent for everyone.For me friendship means,trust,loyalty and sincere.They stick with you through good times and bad,and thick and thin.

If you are not asking about attractive force specifically then I think now a days the hatred is the most common force b/w everyone than love
