Recently researchers have discovered that hot sauce makes you lose weight. It tricks you'r brain and reduces you'r appetite. A man lost 70lbs. doing this. I do not know about you but I am going to put hot sauce on my food. What do you think?

It sounds good but if you don't like hot sauce then it would be hard. Also just because it helps you lose weight doens't mean it is healthy. I mean if it is tricking your brain into thinking you are not hungry then how are you getting the nutrients that are required to stay healthy. I have a stomach condition that doesn't allow for me to enjoy spicy or hot foods so this wouldn't work for me. Plus, what happens when you stop using hot sauce all the time. To me I would think the weight would come right back.

Wow really. That's really new to me. Because unfortunately hot sauce does not reduces my appetite, in fact I'm eating a lot because of it. Because its hot, I tend to eat more rice. Lol. I wonder what kind of discovery was that.
