Do you think Miranda will be the next Chief of Staff? To me, she seems to be the most appropriate. All of the others respect her which can't be said about all of the others that were applying for the job.
What do you think? Do you think Miranda is the right choice? Or do you think Derick, Burke, Addison or Mark would be perfect for the job?

I got a feeling the cheif, wont retire, especially after seeing his wife has moved on. just a hunch. Miranda the best but she still a resident so technically she cant get it. so in my opinion I think Addison would be the best choice

I agree. I think that the cheif isn't going anywhere. He was retiring to spend more time with his wife. Unless he decides to take care of Grey's mom, then he'll still be part of the show, but not chief. But I don't think he'll be stepping down.

I think it would be great if she was, I don't think it's gonna happen. I don't see Burke getting it, either, though. I haven't watched the new episode yet (it's recorded) but didn't he decide to stay? He is getting divorced, at least last I knew. I'm so behind. lol

I'd love to see Miranda be made the next Chief of Staff. She would be perfect. I would be surprised if the chief actually retires though.

I think Mianda will be the next Chief of Staff. She's a strong person, who people listen to. She doesn't get involved in "office drama." She is just there to do her job. I hope she gets the job, becuase if any of the others get the job, crap will happen. I think Miranda would do a good job of holding down the fort, while the others would just create mayhem.

While I think she would make a good Chief, she's not in a high enough position yet. All the others are Attendings, which is a higher job than a Resident, which she is. She has to wait until she becomes an Attending and until the Chief of Staff at that time steps down.

You mean Chief of Surgery. Well she do earns respect from her colleagues and is sure tough to be called the Nazi. I think she would be perfect for the job but she is still a resident surgeon which means the other attending surgeons are practically her bosses. let's just wait and see though how the story goes around Seattle Grace.

I'd love to see Miranda become the next hcief of staff. I think that she's the most professional out of all of them. She's also the only one who has been able to keep her work and professional relationships separate lol.
