Yes. We bought our first house almost 3 years ago. We had to buy it in a hurry because I was getting ready to take a year off of working to focus on my Ph.D. and my husband was leaving his job at a salon to open his own salon. I think we saw 30 houses in about 2 weeks. By the time we saw this one I just wanted to make a bid on anything because I was sick of looking at houses. We were very lucky in that we got a GREAT mortage rate.
