Anger Management, need advice.

When u get angery,what do u do to reduce this sympathetic outburst.
What is the best way to keep yourself calm.
I need some advice for this.Although Anger make me Stonger,sometime it bring unnecessary risk. I try to control it, but fail each time. Need advice..

Um.. I can understand you and your feelings, I am also having similar nature as of yours. With the maturity, physically and mentally we tend to cool down, as the life teaches a lot of things which we are not suppose to do. Today I am 47, still sometimes I become too aggressive and become too angry. I never become angry for no reason! I do have certain principles and I believe, people around me should follow the rules and regulations I am following while behaving with me. My rules and regulations are nothing more than expecting a minimum mannerisms and Etiquettes. I can't tolerate some one telling lies or bluffing as I never do so!
Experts suggest to count down slowly till 10 to 15, brfore reacting to a situation which made you angry, so that you have time to cool down and the effect of the anger Hormone Adrenaline get diluted to some extent. Some people ask to pray the god for a couple of minutes and again the idea is same. I think to ease of the tension it is always better to hvae a physical activity like pressing a tension ball with your palms or pressing the tension relieving spring which diverts our concentration and helps in neutarlising the Hormene Adrenalin.
I read some where that the Managers are advised to have a secret room attached to their cabins and further the Managers, Direcors are asked to keep a mattress or Pillow and a stick in that room. And to relieve the anger they are asked to beat the mattress with the stick till one feels alright. This according the research works miracles and the clinical trials conducted by them suggested that our body is subjected to less of harmful effects otherwise!
Well ! The best method would be to consult a phychologist or a Councellor who can guide you. Alternately many courses are avilable in the Market and also on Internet which are self teaching type , by following these lessons , I hope you can improve your temperament!
Here in India they say Yoga can be a remedial measure for the control of Anger together with strict vegetarian diet! I really don't say , how far this works! Any way all the best!

When you start getting so mad that you feel you wont be able to control yourself...walk away. thats the best thing you can do.
it gets you away from the situation, and the other person involved. that way nobody gets hurt.
i take a walk and have a cig.

make up your mind not get angry
just try come out of that situation
change ur mind to something else
this is what i do when i get angry
just change to some other topic
thats all
