I don't know of any way to help you/anyone else to stop; but the Breathe-Right or generic strips you put across your nose are terrific! Good luck ~Donna

try to sleep on ur left in the summers and righ side in the winters. have a glass of hot water with fresh lemon juice 1/2 hour before going to bed. also practise SWAMI RAMDEVJI'S PRANAYAM. avoid oily food and if u r overwait, try to reduce ur wait. it will definiately help you.

I don't have a tip. I also snore ,or so I'm told. I have bad sinises. I tried laying on my side, didn't work. I tried those patch things you wear on your nose at bedtime; didn't work. I'm trying to figure out what to do for this affliction.
