I am giving my husband an ultimatum for saying mean words to me.

You could do one of three things or a mixed if you want: 1) When he said something mean then tell him at that moment you are not tolerating this kind of language anymore. And the things he is saying is damaging to you as a person and to your relationship as husband and wife. 2) Or talked to him when he is calm and in a good mood. Explain it to him that its not healthy for the relationship when he says mean things to you. 3) Or seek professional help. Hire a bouncer like those in club who is mean looking. Just kidding. Seek professional help. Like a counselor or pastor or something. It may help that he is aware that another person other than you knows about his wrong doings.

You need to do something.MY husband and i joke around and say things,people look at us funny some times but we are just playing around never has he ever said any thing mean or hurtful to me. You really need to tell him its enough and if he don't stop you need to leave.I really hope you have no kids or they will the same way to you.Good Luck!!

if he had done it once, hell just do it again..so if hes been saying mean words to you sooo many times dont you give him an ultimatum..speak up!!tell him what hes doing is WRONG or just leave him..period
