How does reffering people help increase my funds?

Hi All,
Today, I checked my earnings and i noticed that there was a referral column in my earnings page and unnoticingly there was money added to my account. Is it true that refferring people and making new members helps you to earn more. Can any one suggest how does and it help and how can we grow this network?
One more thing came to my mind is it that anyone or everyone can join the group. Though there is a threat of many viruses these days. Is this site safe from all these stuffs running over the internet?
Can any one guide me on this?

yes.from the terms of mylot,all mylot users are automatically eligible to make money by referring new users to mylot.Invite friends,family,new acquaintances,forum buddies,or whomever u wish.U will receive a bonus equal to 25@%of their earnings.

Yes i agree on the fact that mylot pays us but is it secure from the virus threats which we have nowadays on the internet?

Yes if you referr people you will earn quite more ! You get 25 % of their earnings ! Try to build your own web site in which you talk about mylot, your experiences with it and don't forget to add your refferal link !

yes you earn 25% of their earnings so if they are active they earn you money too

Yes it is 100% safe for you to invite people to the myLot site. There are no virus's and haven't been that I am aware of. It is a great site. I have five referrals, but only one that posts on a regular basis. I would start by inviting your friends and family, through your referral link to the left. Then if you can post your referral link on your website or blog, to help you get more referrals. It is a great way to earn extra money. No site on the web has a referral system that is as good as myLot. By the way, welcome to myLot.
