Do people with those high numbers beside their nick really "clean up" here?

I have been a member for about 1 month and I have made just over $20. It isn't much but it helps. I don't usually spend much time on here. I generally come in and post 5 responses or questions and then move onto other things. I have noticed that my daily earning have been rising since I started rating discussions and tagging all of my responses. I don't think I am one the heavy hitter though. I don't have nay referrals and I hear that having referals is where you can really make some good money here.

Thanks so much for that great info sunny! I'll definitely take it into consideration. And can't wait till I check my account Monday. I'm not able to come in here on Sundays, cause that's a sacred day to me. But, I'll start playing it smart by rating/discussions. I've sent out only 20 referrals in my defense though.

I've been here for about 3 weeks now, and I've earned $25.74 but it's taken a lot of time to do that, hours I mean. I've spent way to many hours on this site, lol. I don't have any referrals and probably no hope really of getting any, lol, but I enjoy mylot and plan on sticking around for a little while.

Yes, oldbuddy has a point there.
I look on myLot as a bit of fun and if it makes me $20 a month then that is a bonus.
