I think Role Player Games (like Divine Divinity or any Chinese RPG,...) is the best because you have to take the quests which was given by the NPC in the game & you have no ideas where to start it, It took me a lot of time to run around. Well, also the the shooting games like Farcry, Doom 3... are exciting too, you have to walk around & take alerts of the enemies.

I find Mah Jong solitaire does the trick for me. I play that at yahoo games. I think it is pretty good.

i would say any strategy can engage you for 2 or even more tan 2 hrs.i think the best strategy game is age of empires. its the best strategy acc to me,i have played all versions of age of empires 1,2,3.now i m playing age of empires 3, and the first time i played it i liked it so much that i played for alost 3 hrs conitnuously.
