I am not a very religious person. I don't go to any one church or belong to any one religion. I do believe in some higher power, and so I do pray for protection for my family and friends, as well as good health. I think it is something to be careful about though, when you are praying for something for a friend or family member. Are you praying for yourself and the outcome you want, or for them? Something to think about, eh?

I will pray in the morning before going to office. I also pray whenever a problem arises. I used to go to temple daily. What about you?

I pray every day. Usually I start my day spending some time reading the Bible and then praying and commiting the day to God. If I don't do that I will feel like something is incomplete. I need to feel that God is in control of the whole day.

I pray everyday with my husband before we sleep. If one of us sleeps before the prayers were said, we wake eachother up! We have agreed on that.

I pray everyday in the morning as well as the night for all my family members and if anyone is in need I pray for them also, if it is a specific prayer request, I believe in the power of prayers, even if others pray for me I can find the difference in my life so if I pray for them they will naturally find the difference.

"LORD, teach us how to pray." That request was made by one of the disciples of Jesus Christ. The unnamed disciples was obviously a man with deep appreciation for prayer. True worshipers today similarly recognize its importance. After all, prayer is the means by which we gain audience with the Highest Personage in the universe! And just think! THe "Hearer of prayer" gives personal attention to our concerns and anxieties. More important, by means of prayer, we render thanks and praise to God. Philippians 4:6

I am a born again christian and I feel its important to pray EVERY day if possible. Although God does understand when you cant pray for some reason. I was sick really bad 2 weeks back with the flu and I didnt think of anything but sleep the moment I went to bed asap! God understands. Its a little personal but one time I was upset about something and I felt God wasnt hearing my prayers. I didnt pray for like 2 days. I then felt God kinda tug on my heart and I felt the NEED to pray. I realized its important to pray. The devil tried to get me to not pray one time. I thought God didnt love me (I dont do this much anymore) again and the devil put words in my head "dont pray it doesnt do any good. God doesnt love you" and I knew it wasnt my thoughts it was the devil's! So I believe in prayer I really do!
