How often do you remember your dreams?

Oftem times I remember few details of my dreams and every morning I wake up I only remember mostly the last part or the middle part of my dreams. But everytime I got the whole detail of my dream, I try to interpret it and sometimes research it in the internet.
How about you? What do you usually do when you had a dream and what are you dreaming of?

Hi, There are very few occassions where I remember my dreams (although last night I dreamt I was feeding a squid?!?!) The dreams I do remember I try to interperet and a few have been warning me of things - won't go into too much details but had a dream last year that saved both me and my daughter a lot of heartache!

Wow that's great atleast your dream helps you, but frequently I can't interpret my dreams and I don't know if that will help me if I interpreted it.
