Do you wear spectacles or lens?Which give you more comfort?

I go back and forth. I usually prefer contacts because I look better. Whenever I'm out I always wear my contacts. It's nice to have the peripheral vision. Plus you don't have to worry about glasses getting wet when it rains. But when I'm home I always switch to glasses. My eyes need a rest. It's not good to be wearing contacts 14 hrs a day--it can dry out your eyes.

see for ppl with far vision,lens is a good option as u have to wear glasses all the time for proper vision......so lens provide better sight as they are with u all the time....the only problem with lens is that when u wash ur face u have to be careful..... ;) .........njoi...afterall its u who has to decide what suits u best....:)

i am wearing spectacles from the age of 18 and once i had tried the lens. but lens gave me lot of trouble. it was very uncomfortable for me and it used to give irritation to my eyes. Thereafter i decided i would never use lens and have been using spectacles since then.

glasses are more comfortable and safe than wearing cotacts but wearing contacts makes me prettier :)

I wear glasses too. I fell a lot more comfortable with my glasses on. I've tried the contact lenses. But I know it's not as easy as specs to wear. But I think wearing coloured lenses could make us look good.

i am wearing spectacles i am planning to wear lens in future but better than these i am planning to undergo laser operation

i never use contact lenses and spectacles but i heard and i think spectacles are more comfortable then lenses...

well i think specticles are more comfort while lenses makes eyes ... heavy although , i look more goood in lenese :P but going for a hangout or a party , i do wear them :)

I am nearsighted and can not see well at a distance. I like to wear glasses when I drive a car, but all of the time when I am at home. Contact lens are something that I have never used. You have to soak contact lenses, try not to loose them, and go through the procedure of puting them on your eyes. If there are bacteria on these contact lens you might even be putting an infection on your eye while you wear them. For me, I would rather wear glasses.

I wear glaases and i am very much confortable with them. I have never tried Contact lenses but i have heard that glasses are better than the contact lenses.

i have a very minor negative power but still i prefer to wear specs other than lenses because it gives me an separate identity !!

I have been wearing glasses since i was 10..... And trust me give the kind of cool frames and lightweight glasses that are hitting teh market..... wearing glasses is quite cool!! as for lenses, well they obvou=iuosly save from eth burden of having something ahnging of your nose, but there sure are a lot of hassles while using it. i mean, u have to clean every night, take care that it rests properly there, and like gotta take care of teh irritation factor too.... again if your power changes frequently, den going for lenses may not be a good option... it is meant for people with stable vision.... but at teh end of teh day its an individuals call!!

I have worn glasses since I joined the military,25 years ago ,after four years of serving I got out. The contacts were one of the first thing caused was such a severe eye infection.It almost cost me the vision so I changed my out look aa good pair of glasses can look as good as contacts doubly for sure as long as you can see. a happy face and smile can actually increase a perception of intelligence. For me on some bad days that is not all bad. mike
