leasantos17 Yes. extra-curricular activities will help them develop time management skills and create new friends. Also, it will make kids more holistic, not just confined to what the books say

leasantos17 I do. But I don't eat it all the time though it takes a lot of courage to refrain from doing so since it is not that healthy, its full of calories and preservatives.

leasantos17 Yes. 1. I do not eat junkfood 2. I try to walk/use the stairs instead of using public transportation or elevator. 3. I don't drink carbonated drinks. 4. I eat as much veggies that I can.

leasantos17 You are right. One has to accept that the relationship has not worked out and probably one coping from a breakup should keep him/herself busy so that he/she would be able to keep his/her mind away from the pain.
