Most people I've talked to think Wiccan means witchcraft. My understanding is that it is a celebration of nature, drawing strength from nature. I think everyone should be free to practice their beliefs as long as they don't hurt anyone. And I believe no one has the right to force their religion on anyone else.
What is your understanding of what Wiccan is?

yes Wicca is Witchcraft. I am a Witch and to me it means the study of the energys of the world around us. to be used to make things happen. you honnor the earth and everything it intails. To me it is both a Religion and a Science, you use surtain amounts of things to make things happen like herbs and oils.

I have never heard of wiccan being called a religion, but the belief in the earth and all nature is a good one for sure.
I have known a number of Native Indian beliefs that would be described as such.
I am agnostic, but if I were to want sompthing to believe in,in this manner,it would be wiccan.
