i strictly follow " early to bed , early to rise" i sleep 7 hrs daily and feel it keep me going throughout the day.sleeping less hrs not only makes us tired but will lead to some complications.i have experianced some times when i go to bed late and the other day at work will be a dull one for me.

hello!. i used to sleep 4 hours a day last month and that was before my aunt arrive. now that she is here i am told to sleep 8 hours which is the normal hours of sleep for a person and so far i am doing 5 hours.. well i think that my body has adapted to my usual sleeping habits and hours thats why its hard to return to the normal range.

it is ok that you have gone used to sleep 5 hours a day but i think that it is not good for health, every human needs minimum 6 hours of sleep and it is scientifically been proven, so my frnd better that you increase your sleeping hours :)

after working in the navy, alaska, my tree service, and now dealing with my cancer, hell i can go on 4 or 5 hours sleep a night. you will not die from lack of sleep. if you fight past two or three days and nights you will find you can go with out sleep for days.

I have to sleep for 10-12 hours to feel well rested myself. When im not pregnant i need at least 8-10 hours of sleep. When i was younger i could get away with 3-5 hours of sleep with no issues at all, i would wake up full rested.

your time schedule is quite good, you are able to plan yourself and i believe that you wont be facing any problem in your health because you have enough hours of sleep :)
