No knead for hard work - Easy No Knead Bread Recipe

Easy No Knead Bread - This bread needs no kneading.
Combine 5 cups warm water (or water and milk), 1 Tblspn dried yeast (active) and 1 tspn golden syrup, honey or sugar.
Leave till frothy.
Mix 10 cups of flour (of which 5 have to be white). If you want to use sunflower seeds, currants or raisins leave out 1 cup of whatever flour you use.
Add 2 tspn salt and 1/2 tspn citriuc acid. Mix water/yeast mixture into dry mix.
Divide mixture into two bread tins and put teatowel over top. Leave in warm place until risen to the top of tins.
Bake at 230C for 15 minutes. Then 200C for another 25 mins.
This recipe can easily be halved if required.

I too enjoy not having to knead bread at times. I enjoy making it by hand and using the breadmaker when I cant be bothered but no knead bread is definately easier if you want it for dinner.
