Do Begal Breeds have a tendency to urinate around the house?

I have a Lab/Begal Mix dog named Jessi who is 3 years old. I love her very much but she is frutrating me lately by urinating on my living room and dining room rug! She is doing it more consistently and I did hear that Begals tend to do this often. I was wondering if anyone else has a Begal Breed dog and has the same issues? If so, how did you handle it to elimiate the problem? If this is just a rumor about the breed, could it be another issue like a bladder infection or something? She goes outside often so I am confused and need someone that can relate or knows more about this type of situation.
